Susan Hanna

Founder / CEO, SCOUTFAST PTE LTD

Susan is an innovator, operator, and systems thinker with 25 years of experience across AI, product development, healthcare, life sciences, and commercial operations. She co-founded a technology company that was acquired, led AI deployments, and managed programmes and a digital health innovation studio within MSD and Organon. An angel investor and U.S. patent holder, she understands how technology, capital, and market access shape innovation.

Ralph Welborn

Product Lead

Ralph brings 30 years of experience applying AI, advanced analytics, and capability-based models to business and economic decisions. He co-founded an AI company acquired by PwC and held senior roles at PwC, IBM, and KPMG. As SCOUTFAST’s Product Lead and co-founder of SUNASIAI, he translates capability economics into practical products for founders, investors, and ecosystem leaders. He holds a PhD in Cognitive Science.

Vince Kasten

CTO & Technical Lead

Vince brings more than 40 years of experience in technology R&D, large-scale systems, advanced analytics, and machine learning. His career includes Bell Labs, Bellcore, and Lucent, as well as senior leadership roles at KPMG, Unisys, and IBM. As SCOUTFAST’s CTO and Technical Lead and a co-founder of SUNASIAI, he leads the architecture and deployment of its graph-based intelligence platform. He holds three U.S. patents.

Business Development

Victoria supports business development and go-to-market strategy for SCOUTFAST, with a focus on translating capability-economics intelligence into clear buyer value, market positioning, and customer-facing applications.

SCOUTFAST and ORYQ are developed by SCOUTFAST PTE LTD on a capability-economics foundation developed with SUNASIAI.

SUNASIAI brings deep expertise in graph-based analytics, semantic intelligence, AI-enabled reasoning, economic systems modeling, and capability mapping. Its founders, Ralph Welborn, PhD, and Vince Kasten, bring decades of experience across AI, innovation, transformation, advanced analytics, financial services, strategy, and emerging business models.
